No More Champagne short-listed for Longman-History Today 2016 Book Prize

History Today announced today that No More Champagne: Churchill and His Money by David Lough is one of seven books short-isted for the annual Longan-History Today Book Prize of 2016. The prize is awarded for ‘a first or second book’ which ‘will display innovative research and interpretation in its field and will have contributed significantly to making its subject accessible and rewarding to the general reader.’ The winner is announced on 12 January 2016.
